1. The seller

The website casarinlabel.com (the “Site”) and the CASARIN brand are owned and operated by VE COMMERCE PRO LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Casarin”, “we”). Contact: info@casarinlabel.com · WhatsApp +33 6 12 05 19 97.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the Site and to every quote accepted by a customer. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you accept these terms.

3. The pieces

Our pieces are made by hand by artisans in Morocco. Photographs are as faithful as possible, but slight differences in shape, colour, glaze, texture and dimensions are inherent to handmade work and are not defects. Dimensions are given as an indication.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. For shipments outside the country of origin, import duties and taxes may apply on arrival (see our Shipping policy). We may change our prices at any time; the price applicable is the one shown when your order is confirmed.

5. Orders and payment — objects in stock

Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. You receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is made online through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Made-to-order and collectible pieces

  • Pieces shown with a “From” price are sold on quote. You submit a request through the Site; we reply with a personal quote stating the price, finishes, dimensions, production time and delivery terms.
  • The order is confirmed when the quote is accepted and a deposit of 50% of the total amount is received. The balance of 50% is due before the piece is dispatched.
  • Production times are given as an indication; we keep you informed at every step.
  • Made-to-order pieces are produced to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The deposit is non-refundable once production has started.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the piece is delivered to you or to the person you designate.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

Objects in stock can be returned within 30 days of delivery, under the conditions of our Refund policy. This includes the legal right of withdrawal of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

9. Guarantee

Our pieces benefit from the legal guarantees applicable in your country, including, for consumers in the European Union, the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear or improper care is not covered.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

CASARIN is a brand of VE COMMERCE PRO LLC. All content on the Site (texts, photographs, visuals, designs, logo) belongs to VE COMMERCE PRO LLC or its partners and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

12. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first: we will always look for an amicable solution.
